The meat you will find in our butchers comes from pig farms and other lamb, beef and poultry farms in the Islands. Plus, all the feed, straw and food these animals eat are also produced here.

Anyway, we also want you to have access to exceptional meats that we cannot produce in the Balearic Islands. For example, in our butchers you can buy white beef of European origin, extra beef from the north of the continent and black Angus from the United States.
We want all our customers to enjoy the best products, so we have a certified gluten-free meat workshop, where we prepare burgers, sausages, breaded and marinated for celiac people.
One of the most popular dishes is the Iberian pork burgers and black Angus beef from Mallorca. We make them from scratch and label them with our traceability system to guarantee the highest quality.
